Form four students who sat for their kcse exams which ended yesterday were arrested after a video erupted on social media, the students after finishing their exams on a mode of celebration were recorded claiming they cheated on their exams and insulting internal security minister doctor fred matiang'i and education cs amina Muhammed. boinet said the students were not arrested because of insulting those leaders but on claims of cheating exam which is against the law
