More pain for taxpayers as Kenya sends largest
delegation to attend US legislative assembly. Kenya sent 85 legislatures to attend the benchmarking followed by Nigeria represented by 20 legislatures while other countries sent btn 1 and 6. The four days trip will cost Kenyan tax payers more than 120 millions shillings
