KNEC chairman termed it as pandemic that must be curved with immediate effect or else the county will be at a risk of extended poverty. More than 12000 GAys living in kilifi where a number of teenagers are being involved. this is saddening moment when a big numbers of boys between the age of 13 to 18 are victims of HIV AIDS
