William Ruto deputy president finally qualifies to be awarded PHD in plant ecology from UON. RUTO registered his PHD since 2012, he failed to graduate in 2016 due to technical issues as he said.
-After his graduation in December this year he will be referred to as doctor in plant ecology. Ruto deputy president will be graduating among other 6 candidates set to graduate with PHD from the University of Nairobi.
